[HFSWaitingChild] Re: QT8's Pending

So if any of the other children had petitions would it have already been posted on the list? I thought perhaps it was only the children who had multiple petitions who had "petitions pending" placed next to their names. Are ALL of the other children still waiting? Oh my.
