[HFSWaitingChild] Older Child Cleft - Unrepaired experience

All of these discussions are so helpful - I am so thankful to have the benefit of those who have gone before, but is there anyone who has adopted an older child with unrepaired Cleft Lip/Palate? I am not concerned - terribly, but wondering if I really have a handle on ALL the issues our son may face? What should I know in terms of dealing with our school district and medical team? Speech? Adjustment to our family - community etc. Do I have faith that all will be well absolutely!
