[HFSWaitingChild] QT8's Pending

It looks like two more QT8 kiddos will have families! That is a big blessing. It is hard for me to look at the list though and see so many kids still waiting. I am surprised since the list has been out for so long. Especially sweet Nan who had a family for a few days. Now he sits back at the orphanage waiting yet again.
