[ichild] NY Indian Consulate help needed!

Hi,Our orphanage has requested that we have a power of attorney attested at the Indian Consulate. For some reason, we are having a terrible time getting this done. We sent it 2 weeks ago, and they never sent it back for unknown reasons. We have now sent another one by courier, but he seems very confused about what is needed.Here are the questions:1. Do we need to submit our passports as well?2. Do we also need to submit passport pictures?3. Do we need to submit copies of pages from our passport?4. Would the fee be $10 or something else?Any help is so greatly appreciated!
